Hallo,

... und was könnte "GN" bedeuten?

hello p44

...but, in this case, whats the difference between "rapid with" and "rapid without" the G?
there are some differences in the interier/exterier?
or its only for some special countrys? (I found this "G" only on cars from west-germany)
in poland, tschech republik or east-germany, the rapids haven't this "G".

p44, where are you from?

I think there is no difference between Rapid with G and Rapid without G. If there is any, it depends on the dealers, not on the Skoda Factory.

In Germany, if I know correctly, Rapids called "Rapid 130 G". No other countries used this G in the name of the car. I have hundreds of brochures about rear engined Skodas, so I know what I am saying. My guess is this G was only a kind of "tradition", while they never used the "Garde" name.

I am from Budapest, Hungary, and I have two Skoda 135 GLi and two Skoda Rapid 136...

I've never heard about "GN", ETOS (ETKA) not mention it... I think its not a factory version... but I'm not sure. what kind of emblem is on it? can you get a picture about it? (officers usually writing stupid things into the licence papers, so papers means nothing in this case)

R135 is a very rare car! 130 and 136 are common, but the 135 isnt!
